Free access to the Lattice Training app?

Historically, access to the Lattice Training app required the purchase of a training plan or online course.

Starting December 2025, we are introducing a 7-day free trial for the LatticePlan, which grants full access to the app's features. Once the trial expires, users can choose a monthly or yearly subscription. If you choose not to subscribe, you will automatically retain access to the app with limited functionality (see "Free App Access" for details).

Free App Access: Features and Limitations

Free access to the Lattice Training app (with limited features) is available to clients who have completed a training plan, purchased an online course, or cancelled a LatticePlan subscription.

Free users can view and log workouts from a limited free library, utilising built-in exercise timers. You retain access to your profile, diary notes, calendar, and analytics.

Those who were previously on the Climbing Training Plans/+ or Flex Plans can still view their historical plans and logs. However,  LatticePlan users cannot view their plans outside of an active subscription.

The free version does not include advanced functions such as weekly check-ins, plan adaptation, plan generation, or the ability to copy or repeat past plan weeks.

Please note that the in-app chat feature is reserved exclusively for Climbing Training Plan PLUS and Flexibility Training Plan users.
