Update your Bank Details

Need to update your bank or card details for your subscription payments? Find out how below.

You can easily view and modify your card details through our website. Please follow the steps outlined below.

  1. Log into your account using this link (https://latticetraining.com/my-account/)

  2. Click on 'My Account'

  3. Click on 'Payment method'

  4. Please delete your old card details because the system sometimes defaults to those first.

  5. Add a new card

LatticePlan

If you are a LatticePlan subscriber, how you update your payment details depends on how you signed up.

If you signed up via the Apple App Store, update your card details through your Apple ID settings.

If you signed up via Google Play, update your card details through the Google Play app under Payments and Subscriptions.

If you signed up via our website, update your card details through the Paddle customer portal at web.latticetraining.com or via the subscription management steps in the Lattice app.
