Why Can't I Log Into the Lattice Training App?

Forgotten your password?

Select 'Forgot password' on the app login screen and we'll email you a reset link.

If you've been locked out after too many incorrect attempts, you should be able to reset your password within an hour. If not, email contact@latticetraining.com.

Setting up for the first time

You will need to set up a new password when logging into the Lattice app for the first time.

We have included the Lattice app setup instructions below.

Your website shop login details are separate from your app login — you'll need to set these up independently.

Sign up to a LatticePlan via the Lattice Training website
Install the app through the App Store [Android — Google Play] / [iOS — App Store]
If this is your first time logging in, set up a password using the 'Forgot password' link on the login screen. Then log in with your email address and new password.
Have a look around! Bear in mind that only limited functionality will be available until your plan or LatticePlan is activated.

Bought an online course but still can’t log in?

To access the app, all users must accept our Terms and Conditions. If you purchased an online course and haven't done this yet, check your spam or junk folder for an email from us sent in June/July 2025. If you can't find it, email contact@latticetraining.com and we'll resend it.

You may also notice some changes to the app since you last used it. We've recently launched LatticePlan — our new adaptive training technology — which is now a central part of the app experience. As a result, you'll see a prompt on your plan screen offering a free trial. This hasn't removed any of the features you already have access to.

As an online course user, you still have free access to the app and can continue to:

View and log workouts from a library of over 200 sessions
Use built-in exercise timers
Access your profile, diary notes, calendar, and analytics

If you see a prompt to sign up for a LatticePlan, you can ignore it and continue using the app as normal.
