Why can’t I log into the Lattice Training app?

Forgotten your app password?
You can choose 'Forgot password' on the app log-in screen to reset your Lattice app password. We will email you further instructions.
If you have been locked out of your account due to too many incorrect password entries, you should be able to reset your password within an hour. Email us on contact@latticetraining.com if you need to talk to a team member.
Setting up your password and the app for the first time
You will need to set up a new password when logging into the Lattice app for the first time.
We have included the Lattice app setup instructions below.
Please note that your login details for our website are not the same as those for your app login.

If you have not logged in before then you will need to set up a password (follow the 'Forgot Password' instructions on the login screen). You can then log in using this email address and your password.

Have a look around! Bear in mind that only limited functionality will be available until your plan or LatticePlan is activated.
Troubleshooting tip: Once you receive your password reset email, try following the instructions on your computer browser, rather than your phone, which might help!
Lattice Training app access
You can access the Lattice Training app via our training plans and online courses;
Historically, the Lattice Training app did not offer a free version. To access the app, you must have purchased one of our training plans or online courses.
From December 2025, users will be able to sign up for a LatticePlan 7-day free trial, receiving access to all the LatticePlan features and our app. Once this trial has expired, users will have the option to sign up for a monthly or yearly subscription.
If you don’t subscribe to any paid services, you can still use the Lattice app with limited functionality. This includes access for clients who have completed a Climbing Training Plan/+, as well as those who have purchased one of our online courses, with features based on what you’ve already purchased.
Bought an online course but still can’t log in?
All users must accept our Terms and Conditions before accessing the app. We emailed these in June/July 2025 — please check your spam or junk folders. If you can’t find it, just get in touch and we’ll resend the email to you.
