For products
If you are a consumer (i.e. you are buying goods for purposes outside your business, craft or profession), you may return any item (other than software) for a full refund if you let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. You must then return the item to the address below within 14 days of telling us you want to return the item.

Please note, that we are sadly unable to refund third-party postage costs. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods and we reserve the right to withhold payment if the goods are damaged by you.
Faulty items
In the interest of product safety and improvement, it's important we collect as much information as possible when issues arise.

Once we receive your completed form, a member of our products team will reach out to guide you through the next steps.
If you discover a fault with an item, you can return it up to 6 months after purchase. If you wish to return a faulty item more than 6 months after the purchase date you must provide evidence that the item was faulty when purchased.
If you are buying goods as a business:

We only supply them for internal use by your business, and you agree not to use them for any resale purposes.

Nothing in these Terms (including the two paragraphs below) limits or excludes our liability to the extent that it cannot be limited or excluded by law.

We will under no circumstances be liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising under or in connection with our supply of the goods for indirect and/or consequential loss.

Our total liability to you will in no circumstances exceed the price of the goods.

For Climbing Training Plans
If you have purchased a Climbing Training Plan but haven't used it and want a refund, please get in touch and we will help refund the plan.
If your training plan is already written and there is a reason you would like a refund or are unhappy, please contact us, we're here to help!
For Climbing Training Plan+ or Flexibility Training Plans
To cancel your Climbing Training Plan+ (formerly named Performance Training Plan) or Flexibility Training Plan subscription, please fill in this form. We'll get back to you in up to a week.
For our online courses
You have a legal right to change your mind about making a purchase from us within 14 days after the day we email you to confirm your order (‘cooling off period’), and receive a full refund. However, if you opt to access or view any of the education course materials within the cooling-off period, you will lose any statutory right to cancel this contract. Beyond the cooling-off period, you will not receive a refund. However, do get in touch if you have any questions or concerns.
