How to cancel your subscription
To cancel your subscription please fill in this Cancellation Notification Form. This form can also be found in the Lattice Training app by clicking the profile icon (bottom right corner of the app), Help & Support and choose 'subscription cancellation' in the drop-down menu.
A notice of cancellation will then be sent to the support team. They will get back to you in around 1-3 working days with confirmation or any questions and next steps. You’re coach will also be notified, but please feel free to message them in the app to let them know.
If you need support in the meantime, please message your coach in the app or get in touch.
Cancellation notice
You will need to provide at least 4 weeks' notice of your cancellation before the end of your 12-week training block. If you miss this deadline you may be required to continue your training for another 12-week block. Further details can be found in the terms and conditions included in your welcome email. You can also refer to our cancellation policy or get in touch so we can help further.
Minimum sign-up period
As of May 13 2024, Climbing Training Plan+ & Flexibility Training Plans require a minimum sign-up period of 14 weeks (this includes a 2-week Discovery Phase).
What if I get injured?
There may be extenuating circumstances outside of your control which means you have to cancel your plan early. Please don't worry, there is always something we can do to support you. Please get in touch so we can discuss what the best option is for you.
